 Roo is a wonderful pup with a long history for a girl less than three years old! Born at the shelter, she was adopted out and returned at about a year because of an injury to her hind knee. After living at the shelter for another year (people don't tend to adopt dogs who have any injuries as costs can be prohibitive), we rescued her with the help of some of the shelter staff and another rescue, both of whom knew this special lady deserved help with her knee and a great home. Whew. Her surgery and rehabilitation are now complete and Roo is ready for her new home!

Roo is very affectionate, active, loves her people once she learns to trust, and is best as an only animal with older children.

Roo's adoption fee is $250. She is microchipped, spayed, and is up to date with her vaccinations.
